Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma is one of the two title fairies of The Fairly OddParents, serving as a fairy godparent alongside her husband Cosmo. She can be just as goofy, but she is usually the more responsible of the two and the voice of reason for her godkids. Susanne Blakeslee has voiced her since her debut.

Background
She was born in Fairy World thousands of years ago to Big Daddy, and her twin sister Blonda took the easy life in Fairywood, starring in a soap opera, while Wanda became the hard-working daughter. In her teens she dated the exchange student Juandissimo Magnifico before meeting Cosmo, whom she first saw working as a waiter at a restaurant. Their parents disliked the match, but the two married anyway. Wanda appears in nearly every episode and in the games, including Breakin' Da Rules, where she and Cosmo give the player hints.
