Background
Hundreds of millennia ago they fought a long war against the Darkness and its Eliminators and drove it back with light, then sent millions of their greatest warriors into the heavens as a first line of defence, who became the stars; a prophecy said a chosen one would defeat the Darkness with three special wands. About 90,000 years ago fairies and Anti-Fairies fought over which side would have godkids and settled it with an annual baking contest, which the fairies win every year with Nana Boom Boom's brownies. Most fairy magic needs a wand and makes a 'poof'; it all comes from the Big Wand, which draws on human belief in fairies. Fairies heal fast but are not indestructible.
