Background
The Leucrota knew his power would one day tear him and everything around him apart. Jorg named the two brothers Gog and Magog as a biblical joke, and after Magog's death he grew fond of Gog, having lost a brother himself. In King of Thorns Gog's fire grows out of control, almost burning Jorg alive, and Jorg takes him to the Heimrift to ask the fire-sworn Ferrakind for help. Ferrakind instead tries to kill Gog and absorb his flame; Gog turns the fire aside, and the heat opens a tunnel to a lake that floods the caverns, killing both Ferrakind and Gog.
