Summoning and spawning
The Queen Bee appears when a Larva inside a Bee Hive located in the Underground Jungle is destroyed, or alternatively by employing an Abeemination within the Jungle or Underground Jungle.[2]
Behavior
She attacks by charging horizontally at the player three times, spawning Bees, and firing large yellow stingers that can inflict the Poisoned debuff.[3] In Expert Mode, her attack speed and number of charges increase as her health decreases, and her defense rises up to a maximum of 28.[3] If the Queen Bee is battled outside the Underground Jungle, she becomes enraged, exhibiting heightened aggression and launching stingers at an increased rate.[3]
Aftermath
After defeating her, the Angler can ask for Angelfish and Cloudfish, and the Traveling Merchant may sell the Gray Zapinator.[4]
