IgG4-related prostatitis
Prostate involvement in IgG4-related disease, responsive to steroids.
IgG4-related prostatitis is a manifestation of IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) affecting the prostate in men. This fibroinflammatory condition tends to form mass-like lesions and typically responds promptly to steroid therapy. Men with this condition may also have synchronous or metachronous involvement of other body sites.
