Jupiter
The giant whose moons are home to the Rim Golds of House Raa.
Jupiter and its moons are the heart of the Rim in Pierce Brown's Red Rising series. In Morning Star, Roque's Sword Armada attacks Jupiter's moons after the Rim Golds rebel against the Society, and Darrow sends the Rising's fleet to Jupiter to ally with them; Darrow and Victra later destroy the shipyards of the moon Ganymede.
Lore & Background
In Light Bringer, Volsung Fa's Volk Obsidians and the Ascomanni attack the moons of Jupiter, drawing the Dominion's forces away from Mars; Fa razes Io, bombs Callisto and invades Europa, and Atlas decimates the Rim's fleet at the moon Kalyke.
