Triumvirate Holdings is a company led by three beings said to be the worst Roman emperors in history: Nero, Commodus and Caligula. The Tower of Nero names the third emperor Julius Caesar, whom Apollo calls Caligula, Caesar's childhood nickname. This organization poses an existential threat to the world with a plan to keep the ancient and deadly Python in power, preventing Apollo from reclaiming his godhood. During the Second Titanomachy it gave Luke and his allies the Princess Andromeda, weapons, helicopters and human mercenaries.
