William Poduska, also known as John William Poduska Sr., is an American engineer and entrepreneur. He is notable for founding Prime Computer, Apollo Computer, and Stellar Computer, and for his technical and entrepreneurial leadership in computing, including the development of the first virtual memory minicomputer and the first distributed, co-operating workstation.

He later founded Prime Computer, where he served as VP of R&D and developed the first virtual memory minicomputer. He then founded Apollo Computer, creating the first distributed, co-operating workstation, and later founded Stellar Computer, serving as its chairman and CEO.
