The Chilly-Chilly Fruit (Hie Hie no Mi) is the Logia-type Devil Fruit of Kuzan, the former Marine admiral known as Aokiji, and it lets him generate, control or become ice.

Kuzan is a seemingly lazy but upright officer. He took part in the Buster Call on Ohara, where he froze the giant Jaguar D. Saul, and called Akainu a fool for sinking the refugee ship. After the Marineford war, Sengoku wanted him as the next fleet admiral, but he lost a ten-day duel to Akainu on Punk Hazard, which left the island half hot and half cold, and resigned. He later joined the Blackbeard Pirates. Early in the story he easily defeated Luffy but let the crew sail on.
