Moku Moku no Mi

Lore & Background

Smoker, a cigar enthusiast who smokes two at a time, was stationed at Loguetown, where he saw Luffy smile at his own near-execution just as Gold Roger had, and was stopped from killing him by Dragon. Baffled, he followed Luffy into the Grand Line and became obsessed with catching him, all the more after learning during the Paramount War that Luffy is Dragon's son. Two years later he is a vice-admiral, and after Caesar Clown's defeat on Punk Hazard he and Tashigi, whom he mentors, took the kidnapped children into their care.
