Flying Thunder God Technique
Teleportation to seals placed in advance, the mark of Konoha's Yellow Flash.
The Flying Thunder God Jutsu, or Flying Raijin, is a method of teleportation that uses seals placed beforehand. It was created by Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, and perfected by Minato Namikaze, the Fourth, who earned the title "Konoha's Yellow Flash" with it.

On the night of the Nine-Tails' attack Minato warps away the fox's Tailed Beast Bomb and fights the masked Tobi in a battle of teleportation. He marked special kunai for the technique and gave some of them to others.
Reader's Guide
In the Fourth Great Ninja War Genma, Raidō and Iwashi perform the jutsu together to transport the Mizukage Mei Terumi to Madara's location, and the reanimated Tobirama and Minato use it side by side to redirect an attack onto Obito.
