Lore & Background

In Edenia the sorceress Delia foresees a final battle of Mortal Kombat between good and evil that threatens to end all realms. To spare the realms, her husband Argus, an Elder God, builds a pyramid where the battle will be fought and places their sons Taven and Daegon in dormant sleep in caverns. Delia tells her Elemental, Blaze, to signal the brothers' dragons to wake them before the battle begins. Awakened in Earthrealm by his dragon Orin, Taven learns that he and Daegon must compete to take their father's place as an Elder God by defeating Blaze.
