Hell's top weapons dealer, who killed an angel to protect her daughters.
Carmilla Carmine is an overlord of Hell and its leading weapons dealer in Hazbin Hotel, voiced by Daphne Rubin-Vega. She killed an Exorcist angel to protect her daughters, Clara and Odette, and with them salvages the angelic weapons left behind after each Extermination to sell in Hell. She is a close friend of the ancient overlord Zestial.

Background
In "Scrambled Eggs" Velvette insinuates at the overlord meeting that Carmilla killed an angel during the last Extermination, and Alastor has one of Sir Pentious's egg minions confirm it. In "Hello Rosie!" Charlie sends Vaggie to Carmilla for information, and Carmilla explains that the weapons are made of "angelic steel", the only known material that can kill sinners and angels alike. In season two she agrees to help Vox build a powerful angelic weapon, which costs her Zestial's friendship until the finale, when the overlords destroy the cannon and he returns to her side.
Her company, Carmine Industries, sits in Pentagram City's industrial district, and in "Scrambled Eggs" her daughters are seen delivering weapon parts to Sir Pentious.
