The top ring of Hell, where the sinners live, Lucifer reigns, and the Extermination falls.
The Pride Ring is the topmost of Hell's seven rings in the Hazbin Hotel universe and the setting of the series. Sinners - the damned souls of dead humans - are confined to it, and its capital, Pentagram City, is where the Hazbin Hotel stands, where Lucifer Morningstar reigns as king, and where Heaven's Exorcists descend each year for the Extermination.

Background
Lucifer represents the sin of Pride; he, Queen Lilith and their daughter Charlie are the ring's royal family. Its overlords - Alastor, the Vees, Carmilla Carmine, Zestial, Rosie and others - carve the city between them. Because sinners cannot leave the ring, it is the only one the Extermination ever touches, while Hellborn demons travel freely between all seven.
The fan wiki describes a heavily urbanised ring under a permanently red sky, with a pentagram-shaped apparition above Pentagram City and barren maroon mountains outside the cities. Its districts include Cannibal Town (Rosie's Emporium), the entertainment district (V Tower), the industrial district (Carmine Industries), a clock tower housing Heaven's embassy, and the Hazbin Hotel itself uptown.
