The saga concludes at the Red Ribbon HQ. When Staff Officer Black discovers that Red wants the Dragon Balls only to make himself taller, he kills Red and tries to take command of the army, only to be killed by Goku. With the army wiped out, Goku takes the two Dragon Balls that were in its possession.
