Universe 6's roster was the Saiyan Cabba, Frost, Botamo, Auta Magetta and the assassin Hit. Their fighting styles ranged from traditional Saiyan aggression to Hit's unique ability to manipulate time itself.

Reader's Guide

Team Universe 7 fields Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Buu and Monaka, while Team Universe 6 sends Cabba, Frost, Magetta, Botamo and Hit. Cabba awakens his Super Saiyan form during his match with Vegeta, who was purposely provoking him into channeling his anger. Piccolo's loss to Frost is retracted after Frost's cheating is discovered; Vegeta takes his place and defeats Frost, Magetta and Cabba before losing to Hit. The climax focuses on the duel between Goku and Hit. Despite Goku's godly transformations, Hit's Time-Skip technique proves nearly impossible to counter. Goku manages to counter Hit's time-skip attacks, and Hit in turn increases the duration of his time-skip. Finally a frightened Monaka faces Hit, who takes a dive to repay Goku, and the Universe 7 team is declared the winner and gets to use the Super Dragon Balls.
