Angels

Attendants and minders of the Gods of Destruction, children of the Grand Priest.

Angels are beings of very high rank in the Dragon Ball multiverse. Each one serves the God of Destruction of its universe as a personal attendant and guide, seldom leaving that god's side, watching over the deity and stepping in when needed to keep it in check. Whis, an Angel who appears in the fourteenth and fifteenth Dragon Ball Z films and in Dragon Ball Super, is shown as unrivalled in power and speed. Whis and his fellow Angels can react to attacks on their own, without the mind getting in the way, a martial art that is notoriously hard to master. The Grand Priest, Zeno's chief advisor, is the father of all twelve Angels, and the Supreme Kai rank below the Angels.
