Visored
Soul Reapers turned part-Hollow by Aizen's experiment.
The Visored, also written Vizards, are Soul Reapers in Bleach who gained hollow powers through a process called Hollowification. By putting on a hollow mask, a Visored boosts their Soul Reaper abilities with some of the powers hollows have.

Lore & Background
Soul Society once used Hollowification itself, then gave it up because the resulting hybrids were uncontrollable and eventually died of Soul Suicide, a breakdown of the soul. The group who became the Visored were forcibly converted long ago by Sōsuke Aizen as an experiment and had to flee Soul Society. Kisuke Urahara saved them from Soul Suicide with a vaccine made from a Quincy's Heilig Pfeil and human souls, but they could not return to their original forms.
Reader's Guide
The Visored have no formal hierarchy. Members include Shinji Hirako, Hiyori Sarugaki, Kensei Muguruma, Mashiro Kuna, Lisa, Love, Rose and Hachigen Ushōda, a kidō specialist who builds the group's barriers.
Shinji Hirako, the group's informal leader and former captain of Squad Five, helps Ichigo control his inner hollow and later leads the Visored against Aizen's forces. After Aizen's defeat many Visored are allowed back into Soul Society, and Shinji is reinstated as Squad Five captain for the fight against the Wandenreich.
