Plot

A teen named A.J. gets a computer disk from a quirky neighbor. The disk has "SCIENTIA EST POTENTIA" on it, which is Latin for "knowledge is power." When he loads it, A.J. finds himself on a time-traveling ship called the Kryos, where he becomes captain. The crew is trying to stop a villain named Warp, who wants to steal the Kryos for evil purposes. Warp can only take the ship if A.J. fails to answer three questions. In different episodes, A.J. meets Imhotep, an Egyptian court official, Johannes Gutenberg, who invented the printing press, and Sir Isaac Newton. One episode connects to A.J.'s real life, where he has to decide whether to join a high school clique that rejected his Black friend. He then visits Colonel Benjamin Davis of the Tuskegee Airmen, which helps him understand the struggles of Jim Crow and World War II.
