Khemri
The greatest city of Nehekhara, the Land of the Dead.
Khemri is the largest city of Nehekhara in Warhammer Fantasy. Nehekhara, also called the Land of the Dead, lies south of the Badlands and the Old World and west of the Dark Lands; it is mostly desert, and Khemri stands in its western half on the Great Mortis River, once called the Great Vitae.
Lore & Background
Nehekhara was the first great human civilisation until Nagash's ritual killed its people and raised them as undead; it is now home to the Tomb Kings, an undead faction based on Ancient Egypt and popular-culture mummies. In the Total War: Warhammer games, Khemri is one of four Tomb King factions, led by Settra the Imperishable.
