Ulgu

The Grey Realm of shadow and lies: Malerion's Thirteen Dominions.

Ulgu, the Realm of Shadow or the Grey Realm, is the Mortal Realm that formed from the shadow wind of magic and the remains of Mallus. It is a place of secrets and lies where logic holds little sway; its many names are all said to be false, and aelven scholars claim that "Ulgu" is merely an old word for falsehood. Malerion, the god of shadow, reigns here. Locked in a parallel orbit with its sister realm Hysh, Ulgu knows neither day nor night, only an oppressive twilight broken by oceans of shadow and grey half-light, and it is divided into thirteen regions, the Thirteen Dominions, each wrapped in mist, illusion and menace. In the Age of Myth it sheltered philosophers and dreamers; since the Age of Chaos it has been a graveyard of armies, every Dominion scarred by battle.
