Gameplay
Players pimp customers' cars under the direction of Xzibit, redesigning vehicles from bumper to bumper to match clients' styles. Cash is earned by crashing into cars, playing minigames such as Hot Steppin' and Ghost Ride the Whip, greeting people, collecting P-I-M-P-! tokens, and destroying signs and parking meters. The player competes against another customizer, with the highest score winning.
Reception
The game received unfavorable reviews on all platforms according to Metacritic. The PSP version was rated the worst, with critics citing its frame rate, gameplay mechanics, and replay value. Alex Navarro of GameSpot described a nauseatingly choppy frame rate and noted that the game crashed semi-regularly, corrupting or killing save files, concluding that the PSP version should be most actively avoided.
