Gameplay
The game expands on its predecessor with more ATVs, additional championships, mini-games, and improved physics. Racing all-terrain vehicles around dirt racetracks remains the core activity, with stunts forming another major focus; players tap button combinations while airborne to perform tricks, each requiring a different duration. Free-roaming offroad gameplay is also provided. The PlayStation 2 version supports online multiplayer via i-Link, local area network, or other network connections, while the PlayStation Portable version uses WiFi. Customization includes choosing ATV parts, altering color schemes, and creating a unique logo.
