Gameplay
In The Impossible Game, players move a cube past spikes and pits. Five levels are available: Fire Aura, Original Level, Chaoz Fantasy, Heaven, and Phazd. Two modes exist. Normal mode has no checkpoints; dying restarts the entire level. Practice mode lets players place checkpoint flags, respawning at the last one after death. Completing a level earns a medal, which depends on how it was beaten. The PC version includes a level editor for creating custom levels and using custom music.
