Development and release
However, Acclaim filed for bankruptcy in 2004 before another title could be released. In 2005, the series and ATV: Quad Power Racing were sold to Crave Entertainment for $120,000. Crave announced Dave Mirra BMX Challenge for the PlayStation Portable on April 13, 2006, with a planned October release. A Wii port was announced on March 13, 2007, showcased at E3 2007, and initially set for August 21 before being delayed to September 25.
