Scythian king turned into a lynx by Demeter.

Lyncus was a king of the Scythians in Greek mythology. He learned agriculture from Triptolemus but refused to teach it to his people and attempted to kill Triptolemus. As punishment, the goddess Demeter transformed Lyncus into a lynx.
