Gameplay
The game featured a Soul Mate system allowing two players to become Soul Mates. When one Soul Mate was offline, the other could help level up that character, with experience stored for the absent player. Soul Mates also had access to exclusive skills. Characters could dig for items anywhere except towns using a shovel provided at the start; the quality and type of items found depended on the character's level. Titles could be earned and displayed above a character's name by performing various actions such as picking up items, completing quests, or joining clans. While titles initially only offered display, plans existed for some to grant stat bonuses. Characters began at level 1 as a beginner with no skills. At level 5, players could choose a class of Warrior, Archer, or Mage by completing a quest. Each class had second and third job tiers available at levels 24 and 40 respectively. Experience gain continued even if the job change quest was not taken. The Faction War System allowed players above second job change to choose among three factions and battle for honour points and coins, which could be spent in a war shop. This system was divided into three level brackets: 24–39, 40–59, and 60 and above, to balance competition. Character stats increased automatically rather than being player-allocated. Socketable items called Sowels could be inserted into equipment to augment stats.
