Ponzu

Main characters

Ponzu is a minor character who appears during the Hunter Exam. She is a young woman who participates in the exam alongside Gon Freecss, Killua Zoldyck, Kurapika, and Leorio Paradinight. Her secret weapon is her round cap, which hides neurotoxic bees that attack her enemies when she is threatened. Ponzu does not pass the Hunter Exam and is eliminated before the final stage. Later, she is encountered again during the Chimera Ant arc, where she is killed by a Chimera Ant while trying to gather information. Her death is a brief but notable event that underscores the threat posed by the Chimera Ants.
