Feitan Portor is an original member of the Phantom Troupe in Hunter × Hunter, from Meteor City, wearing the number 2. He is the fifth strongest of the Troupe physically.

Lore & Background
He dresses like a bandit, in dark clothes with a skull-print scarf over his mouth, and says little. When he does talk his speech is full of grammar mistakes, as if it is not his first language, and against the Chimera Ants he switches to his native tongue. He moves fast enough to leave afterimages and carries an umbrella that hides both a sword and a gun. Phinks is his usual partner.
After he beats Zazan in Meteor City he is made temporary leader of the Troupe. He later boards the Black Whale with Phinks, Franklin and Nobunaga.
Nen ability
His ability turns the injuries an enemy has dealt him into an attack: the more pain he has taken, the stronger it is. The only form shown is a small sun that burns everyone nearby, allies included, so the rest of the Troupe runs when he uses it. Armour that forms on Feitan seems to protect him from it.
