Kortopi is member number 12 of the Phantom Troupe in Hunter × Hunter, from Meteor City. He is the weakest of the Troupe physically, and his ability points to theft and trickery rather than combat, though he kills as readily as the rest.

Lore & Background
He is short, with a thick mop of hair covering his whole head except for an occasional glimpse of his left eye.
After Hisoka loses to Chrollo and sets out to wipe out the Troupe, Kortopi is the first member he kills.
Nen ability
Touching an object with his left hand lets him make a perfect copy with his right. He can copy living people, but the copies do not move. Copies vanish after 24 hours, and by touching the original he knows where each copy is.
