Uvogin is an original member of the Phantom Troupe in Hunter × Hunter, from Meteor City, with the number 11. He has the most raw physical power in the group.

Lore & Background

Bullets, sniper rounds and even anti-tank rockets leave no visible mark on him. He kills without hesitation and loves fighting skilled opponents. He likes to fight alone but is stronger with a partner, usually Nobunaga, because having someone to protect makes him fight better, though he will not admit it.

After Kurapika captures him following his fight with the Shadow Beasts, Uvogin tracks Kurapika to the hotel where Neon Nostrade and her bodyguards are staying, and the two fight one-on-one in a small canyon outside Yorknew City. Kurapika binds him with Chain Jail and questions him about the other members. Uvogin refuses to answer; Kurapika drives the Judgement Chain into his chest with the condition that he answer truthfully, and when Uvogin refuses one last time he dies on the spot. Kurapika buries him.
