Space Wolves

The 6th Legion of Leman Russ, sent to bring Magnus to account.

The Space Wolves are the 6th Space Marine Legion, led by the Primarch Leman Russ. After Magnus the Red's sorcery damages the Emperor's secret project on Terra, the enraged Emperor sends Russ and his Legion to Prospero to bring Magnus and the Thousand Sons to Terra to account for themselves.

Background

Prospero Burns tells their side of it through Kasper Hawser, a Terran scholar who becomes the skjald of the Legion's 3rd Company. Later in the war the Space Wolves, under attack from the Alpha Legion, send a distress call to the White Scars, and Russ leaves Terra to punish his brother Horus.
