World Eaters
Angron's 12th Legion, once called the Warhounds.
The World Eaters are the 12th Space Marine Legion, once called the Warhounds; the gladiator Primarch Angron renamed them when he took command. They side with Horus, and in Betrayer they lay waste to the worlds of Ultramar alongside the Word Bearers in Lorgar's Shadow Crusade, seen often through Khârn, captain of their 8th Company.
Background
Lorgar engineers Angron's ascension into a daemon, and late in the war the Daemon Primarch Angron, now Herald of Horus, leads the slaughter on Terra.
