Plot
Stick appears as a supporting character. Early on, he tells Daredevil that the Kingpin has placed a bounty on him. After Daredevil defeats Kirigi, Stick notes that the Kingpin has a strange link to the Sewer King. Following Daredevil’s victory over Echo, Stick warns him that Bullseye is waiting at a construction site. Kirigi is a boss who thinks Daredevil works for the Kingpin and was sent to kill him because the Hand was at war with the Kingpin’s gang. Daredevil seemingly kills Kirigi after beating him. Echo is a villain who believes Daredevil was never working with the Kingpin. Daredevil chases her through the New York Subway Transit System and defeats her. Bullseye waits for Daredevil at a construction site. Daredevil tells Bullseye the bounty was fake. Bullseye accepts this but admits he was working with the Kingpin. Daredevil beats Bullseye at the top of the site. Unlike in the movie or comics, Bullseye uses a handgun. The Kingpin is the final boss. He issues a warrant for Daredevil’s arrest to the criminal underworld, which later turns out to be a fraud. Daredevil interrogates the Kingpin in his penthouse, learning that Daredevil unknowingly eliminated the Kingpin’s rivals while the Kingpin set up his plan. After Daredevil defeats him, the Kingpin says Daredevil cannot expose Wilson Fisk’s identity as the Kingpin to the police. In the end, Fisk tells reporters that Daredevil’s arrest was a “media distortion.”
