Ludinus Da'leth's Betrayal

The founder of the Ruby Vanguard seeking to free an ancient evil from Ruidus.

Ludinus Da'leth is an elven archmage who founded and leads the Ruby Vanguard, a faction dedicated to freeing Predathos, an ancient evil imprisoned by the gods on Exandria's second moon, Ruidus. His actions drive the central conflict of Campaign Three, which begins two months before the Apogee Solstice, a celestial event that magnifies magical abilities. The Bells Hells discover that Ludinus seeks to use the Malleus Keys, magical devices built by his organization, to shatter the divine prison during this solstice. Ludinus worked closely with Liliana Temult, a general in the Ruby Vanguard and an Exaltant Ruidusborn who draws power from the red moon. Their collaboration aimed toward mysterious ends involving the red moon's influence, drawing the Bells Hells into a mystery surrounding Ruidus and the superstitions of the Ruidusborn.
