Caduceus Clay is a firbolg cleric of the Wildmother who serves as a member of The Mighty Nein. Portrayed by Taliesin Jaffe, he joins the Mighty Nein just before the party's second try at rescuing its captured members. Unlike many adventurers driven solely by glory or gold, Caduceus is grounded in faith and family, often acting as the group's spiritual anchor. His journey with The Mighty Nein takes them across Exandria, where he confronts the complexities of life, death, and the divine. In the Downfall special of campaign three, Jaffe played Asha, a wolf wildshaped into an elven monk who is the mortal incarnation of the Wildmother and infiltrates Aeor during the Calamity.

Caduceus Clay is the last keeper of a holy graveyard in the Savalirwood, the forest outside Shadycreek Run. He is searching for a way to save his home from a magical blight. He stays with the Mighty Nein because he believes it will aid his journey. As a cleric of the Wildmother, he embodies the cycle of life and death with a calm demeanor. During campaign three's Downfall special, Jaffe's character Asha infiltrates Aeor during the Calamity as the mortal incarnation of the Wildmother.
