The Snipex M rifle was developed by XADO-Holding Ltd. in Kharkiv, Ukraine. A prototype was presented at the International Specialized Exhibition 'Arms and Security 2016'. One year later, information about the working version of the Snipex M75 appeared, and another year later, the Snipex M100 was presented at the exhibition 'Arms and Security 2018'.

The rifle uses a rotating bolt with thirteen lugs disposed in three rows, rotating by 60 degrees for rigid barrel locking. Empty cases are ejected automatically when the bolt is pulled back, with a slight delay that allows the bullet to leave the barrel while the bolt remains fully closed, maximizing energy transfer to the bullet. The barrel is fully open with cannelures and a muzzle brake.

Recoil reduction is achieved through an inertia recoil system with spring-loaded assemblies and hydraulic or spring shock absorbers built into the upper receiver, allowing shooting with the upper receiver set against any surface. The rifle has a special grip safety located above the pistol grip on both sides, and an easily foldable bipod designed so the center of gravity is below the bipod mounting point for additional stability.
