Minazuki
Retsu Unohana's zanpakutō: a healing manta ray in Shikai, a sword of blood in Bankai.
Minazuki is the zanpakutō of Retsu Unohana, captain of Squad Four of the Gotei 13. In its sealed form it resembles a curved tachi.

Lore & Background
In its Shikai, the entire sword becomes a gigantic, flying, one-eyed creature resembling a manta ray. It heals the injured by swallowing them and letting them recover in its stomach. When Unohana reseals it, it dissolves into green mist inside her sword's sheath.
Reader's Guide
In Bankai, Unohana can attack with streams of blood that have an acidic quality. Her healing techniques as captain of Squad Four were taught to her by Royal Guard member Tenjiro Kirinji.
Unohana's Bankai is also called Minazuki. She releases it in her fight with Kenpachi Zaraki to complete his 'awakening'; it fills the area with a pool of blood and turns her sword into a sword of blood.
