Helsingin Kisa-Toverit (HKT) is a sports club from Helsinki, Finland, established in 1929. It operates several departments, with its most successful areas being basketball, track sports, and field games.
In men's basketball, HKT spent 26 seasons in the top national league, posting a record of 504 wins against 300 losses. Between 1961 and 1965, the club captured five Finnish championships, along with five silver medals and two bronze medals. The men's team also won the national cup in the 1969–70 season. On the European stage, HKT reached the quarterfinals of the 1963–64 FIBA European Champions Cup, where they were eliminated by Italian powerhouse Simmenthal Milano. The following year, in the 1964–65 edition, they faced Real Madrid in the round of 16 and lost a close home match, 100–109. Five players from HKT—Martti Liimo, Kari Liimo, Raimo Vartia, Pertti Laanti, and Teijo Finneman—were part of the Finnish national team that competed in the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
The women's basketball section played four seasons in the top-tier Naisten Korisliiga. They won their only Finnish championship in 1967, having previously earned a bronze medal in 1966.
In baseball, HKT won two TUL championships, in 1932 and 1935. Among the club's fastest baseball players were Alpo Savolainen and Ensio Vuorinen.
