History
In their debut 2010 season in the Thai Division 2 League Bangkok & field Region, North Bangkok College came close to a top-two finish. A victory in their final match against Bangkok F.C. would have secured a playoff spot, but a late equalizer by Bangkok F.C. resulted in a 1–1 draw, leaving North Bangkok College in fifth place. The following year, the club finished as runner-up to Kasetsart in the Bangkok Division 2 and qualified for the Division 2 playoffs. However, the 2011 floods forced the Horsemen to use alternative home venues, and they won only one match, collecting six points. In 2017, the club made history by winning the Thai League 4. For the 2022–23 season, North Bangkok University competed in Thai League 3, their 13th professional season. They began with a 1–0 home win over AUU Inter Bangkok and ended with a 0–0 away draw against the same opponent, finishing first in the Bangkok metropolitan region league and advancing to the national championship stage.
