In Faith of the Fallen, Kahlan and Cara rejoin it in the Midlands, and Kahlan takes command and stops Jagang's army from capturing Aydindril, though she cannot defeat it. General Benjamin Meiffert marries the Mord-Sith Cara at the end of the main series.
