Pirate captain and Zelda in disguise.
Tetra is an alter ego of Princess Zelda introduced in The Wind Waker and continued in its DS sequel Phantom Hourglass: a young pirate captain who helps Link look for his sister Aryll.

Lore & Background
She does not know about her royal blood until near the end of The Wind Waker, when the restored Triforce of Wisdom reveals her identity and she changes into her Princess Zelda form. In Phantom Hourglass she and Link sail in search of new land; she is captured on a Ghost Ship and Link must beat Bellum with the Phantom Sword to free her. Her swirling hair was designed to echo the wind and smoke of The Wind Waker's art style.
