Rob Lucci is a Cipher Pol agent in One Piece who is known for ruthlessly and mercilessly enforcing the World Government's "justice". He was the strongest agent in CP9 and in the history of the agency, and worked undercover as a shipwright at the Galley-La Company.

Background
When he first appeared, Lucci posed as a shipwright at dock one of the Galley-La Company. He can transform into a leopard or a leopard-human hybrid thanks to the powers of the Cat-Cat Fruit: Model Leopard. As of the Final Saga, he serves as a masked agent of CP-0.
