The logic virus that corrupts YoRHa.
The logic virus is a corrupting infection in Nier: Automata. After 2B and 9S kill Eve, 9S becomes infected with Eve's logic virus and 2B has to kill him, though his consciousness survives in the local Machine Network.

When YoRHa launches its full-scale invasion, a logic virus attack, made possible by the glitch 9S had found in YoRHa's servers, corrupts every YoRHa unit except 2B and the restored 9S. 2B is later infected too and asks A2 to take her place, and by the end 9S is insane and infected.
