Blackfyre
The sword of the first Targaryen king, whose gift to a bastard son began the Blackfyre claims.
Blackfyre is the sword of Aegon the Conqueror, the first Targaryen king. King Aegon IV "the Unworthy" later gave it to his bastard son Daemon, which seemed to show that he favoured Daemon over his true-born heir, Daeron. After Aegon IV died, Daemon I Blackfyre contested Daeron II's right to the Iron Throne, and a series of Blackfyre pretenders fought for it between AL 184 and 260.
