Dark Angels

The Dark Angels are one of the 18 Legiones Astartes featured in The Horus Heresy series. They are led by their Primarch, Lion El'Jonson, one of the Emperor's 18 genetically engineered sons. The Dark Angels are one of the loyalist factions that fought against the traitor forces during the galaxy-spanning civil war.
