Sylens
The secretive figure who guides Aloy, and who founded the Eclipse.
Last updated
Sylens is a secretive figure in Horizon Zero Dawn who contacts Aloy because he wants to uncover the fate of the ancients. He guides her to a decommissioned military base beneath the Citadel and later helps her escape after she is captured by Helis. He eventually admits that he founded the Eclipse himself, tempted by HADES's promises of knowledge, before realising that the AI meant to reactivate the Faro machines and extinguish all life again.
Lore & Background
Sylens is voiced by Lance Reddick, who returned to the role in Horizon Forbidden West.
