Charlie takes her case to Heaven and comes home with nothing - except the truth about Vaggie.
"Welcome to Heaven" is the sixth episode of the first season of Hazbin Hotel, released on January 26, 2024. Charlie and Vaggie travel to Heaven for the meeting Lucifer arranged, where Charlie discovers that no one in Heaven knows how it is decided whether a soul belongs in Heaven or Hell. Adam reveals that Vaggie was one of his Exorcists, and the two are sent back to Hell with the hotel ignored once again.

Background
At Heaven's gates the pair meet Saint Peter and then the seraphim Sera and Emily. Emily, the only angel who believes in Charlie's idea, vows to help her, and Adam accidentally exposes the Exterminations - which only Sera and the Exorcists knew about - to all of Heaven. Back in Hell, Cherri Bomb takes Angel Dust and the hotel's residents out for a night at a club, and Angel tells Valentino he has no control over him outside of work.
The episode introduces Sera (Patina Miller), Emily (Shoba Narayan) and Saint Peter (Darren Criss). Its fallout drives "Hello Rosie!", in which Vaggie comes clean to the residents and Charlie makes her deal with Alastor.
