**Formation (1993–1996)** In 1993, Seksan Sukpimai was playing in various bands in Nakhon Sawan province while studying at Nakorn Ratchasima Technical College. While studying electrical engineering at Nakorn Sawan Technical College, he performed in pubs across the provinces and played for a band called "Diamond," where he met fellow musician Apirat Sukchit, known as Ratt. After Diamond broke up in 1994, Sek and Yai formed a short-lived band named Climax. When Climax ended in mid-1994, Sek and Yai moved to Bangkok to pursue music more seriously, both together and separately. They faced major difficulties getting noticed, with record labels repeatedly rejecting them because of their unconventional image and style, which stood apart from the pop and rock trends of the time. Later in 1995, Sek and Yai joined with Apirath "Rath" Sukkhajitr to complete the original trio. Inspired by the grunge movement, especially Nirvana, Loso aimed for a raw, powerful sound.
