Series overview
A twelve-year-old named Jason, who daydreams about ancient heroes, unexpectedly becomes the chosen one after scaling Mount Olympus and triggering a prophecy. Jupiter, the king of the immortals, awards him the Belt of Orion, which lets him live on Olympus and command the universe. In another episode, Dracchus hires Medusa to spark a war between the Greeks and Trojans. A scorned warlock, using a spell from Dracchus, transforms all the women in his village into harpies. A kraken terrorizes merfolk, who then assist Jason and Mercury in delivering crucial medicine to Hippocrates. The aging queen of the sirens tries to regain her youth by stealing the Emerald of Eternity. A storm leaves Jason and Mercury stranded in an Amazon village, where their arrival triggers a curse that summons the monster Zarkoz. Venus is captured and forced to beautify a forge operated by Talos and Vulcan; when Jason and Mercury come to rescue her, Vulcan orders Orion's belt to be melted down and made into a crown for Venus. Princess Anathema magically extracts Mercury's good side. Pirates steal Orion's belt to finance a hunt for the treasure of Atlantis. Dracchus uses the Lernaean Hydra to compel an oracle into luring Jason, Mercury, and Venus into a trap at Delphi. In Babylon, one of Nebuchadnezzar II's sons takes Pegasus, Jupiter's steed, from Jason and Mercury. A misunderstanding leads King Minos to sentence Hercules and Venus to the labyrinth, where the Minotaur hunts them. Dracchus uncovers the Titans and unleashes them on Sparta. After Jupiter snaps at Mercury, a centaur working for Dracchus befriends Mercury and tricks him into giving Jupiter a cursed tunic, which drives Jupiter mad and weakens Mount Olympus's defenses. Jason, Mercury, and Venus lose Orion's belt in Hades, where they run into Argus, Cerberus, Charon, and Echidna, and Mercury's memory is wiped by the river Lethe.
